General Policies
Check in is generally after 3:00 for hotel rooms, from 4:00 to 5:00 for condo and house rentals. Check out is 10:00 - 11:00 am for all units.
Condo and house rentals will be charged $50 per bedroom cleaning with a minimum fee of $100 for all house and condo rentals. Condos and houses with hot tubs will be assessed a fee of $75 per day for hot tub service and cleaning. All condo and house rentals will also accrue a 9% gratuity.
There is a maximum of 4 people of any age in a regular hotel guest room (in accordance with the fire code), if you have more than 4 people in your party, you will be required to rent an additional room and must have an adult in each room with any minor children.
For guests here for a timeshare tour only cancellation/reschedulng policies are as follows:
Cancellation with at least 48 hours notice for an overnight will incur NO CHARGE, for a multi-night reservation to be re-scheduled with at least 48 hours notice, there is no change fee for the first change. You will be charged $75 every additional time you change dates after that. "No-Show" or less than 48 hour cancels for room reservations will be charged FULL RACK RATES for the first night of their stay, They may reschedule one time with no additional fee, after the first "no-show" the same $75 fee will apply.
